1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility & Registration

Any account determined to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Jurisdiction. 2.3 Registration Information. 2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on aec67. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Players found to have created multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotions will be permanently banned from the Platform.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). aec67 is obligated to verify the identity of players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. 3 Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your aec67 username and password. Balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. aec67 may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after written notification to the registered email address. If an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aec67 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. aec67 does not charge processing fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by friends, family members, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. aec67 reserves the right to block any deposit that appears to originate from a third-party source and to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on aec67 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the player's responsibility.

4.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from within the account dashboard at any time. 4.5 Fraudulent Deposits. 5 Withdrawals

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the aec67 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or the course of account operation.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, betting markets, or the Platform interface.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform to obtain winnings that would not have been obtained under normal operating conditions.

10 Responsible Gaming

13.3 Maximum Liability. Where aec67 is found liable to a player for any cause of action, the maximum total liability of aec67 to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their aec67 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Force Majeure. aec67 accepts no liability for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond aec67's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, internet service disruptions, or the failure of third-party infrastructure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. aec67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, aec67 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and will display a notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

14.2 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Disputes
